VoiceFlow Academy was founded in 2014 by a group of working voice professionals frustrated by training programmes that prioritised theory over practice. Our founding belief remains unchanged: the best way to learn voice acting is to perform, record, receive honest feedback and perform again.
Over the past decade we have trained students from more than 40 countries, ranging from complete beginners who had never spoken into a microphone professionally to established broadcasters seeking to expand into audiobooks and commercial VO.
Our curriculum evolves constantly as the industry shifts. The rise of remote recording, AI-generated audio and self-publishing has created new opportunities and new challenges for human voice performers β and our courses are designed to help you thrive in that changing landscape.
We teach students to connect with material genuinely rather than imitate a generic "announcer voice." Authentic performance wins auditions.
Every lesson culminates in a recorded exercise. Theory is introduced only when it directly improves what you record.
Peers who cheer each other on learn faster. Our culture actively discourages comparison and encourages mutual growth.
We measure our success by yours. Graduates who book paid work are our most compelling proof of concept.
